As a lead execution layer, we process information provided by dealerships and their prospective customers, including:

• Contact Details: Name, email address, and phone number of prospective car buyers.
• Vehicle Interests: Information regarding specific vehicles or financing options requested by leads.
• Communication Logs: Transcripts of automated SMS and email interactions managed by the GNX layer.
• Operational Metadata: IP addresses and timestamps for security and audit purposes.

3. Purpose of Collection

We collect and process personal information solely for the following purposes:

• To facilitate rapid lead response (under 5 minutes) on behalf of the dealership.
• To qualify leads using AI-driven conversational logic.
• To sync lead status and qualification scores with the dealership's existing CRM/DMS.
• To provide performance reporting (ROI, show rates) to dealership management.

4. Data Security & Hosting

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We utilize secure cloud infrastructure (including Google Cloud and Firebase) to store and process lead information. We do not sell lead data to third-party marketing agencies or lists. Data is shared only with authorized dealership personnel and necessary integration partners (e.g., SMS gateways).

5. Individual Access & Correction

Under PIPEDA, individuals have the right to access and correct their personal information. Since GNX acts as a service provider to dealerships, individuals seeking access to their data should contact the respective dealership directly. GNX will assist dealerships in fulfilling these requests.
